Introduction Episode - A little info and a little rambling

This brief introduction to Our Civic Epoch is mostly an effort to learn how to microphone and to set the tone for OCE's future podcasts.  I'll be talking to different people about how they view government, getting to know many points of view and look into many different opinions and thoughts and knowledge bases.
